Inheritance - Your will can leave traces of blessing

Giving children a future

As the saying goes: "The shirt has no pockets". We can't take anything with us to heaven, but we can leave a beneficial footprint on earth. If you think about your legacy early on, you can make a commitment to the future of children that goes beyond your own life.

In addition to providing for your loved ones, your last will and testament can also do good and create something lasting:
For example, you can leave a legacy to ora Kinderhilfe or a specific part of your estate in the form of a bequest. This way, your values live on. Your charity and compassion will continue to do good for generations to come.

Undiminished support for our project work

This form of support also gives you tax advantages: As a charitable organization recognized by the tax authorities, we are exempt from inheritance and gift tax. The inherited assets benefit our project work undiminished.
Your inheritance directly changes the lives of many children for the better without any deductions. Even if you have inherited yourself and donate part of the inheritance to a charitable organization within 24 months, this part is exempt from inheritance tax and thus reduces your own tax burden.

Regular information events online and on site

So that you can inform yourself in good time and make self-determined decisions about your estate, we regularly organize information events online and locally throughout Germany with independent lawyers for inheritance law on the topic of "Provision in old age - inheritance, health care proxy and living will, passing on real estate". The specialist lawyers will show you numerous ways in which you can arrange your estate in accordance with your wishes and for the benefit of your loved ones.
